In the app
The quickest way. Your account is deleted straight away.
- Open the HEX Detailing app and sign in
- Tap Profile at the bottom right
- Scroll to the end and tap Delete account
- Confirm

Without the app, by email
If you no longer have the app, email info@hexdetail.gr with the subject “Delete account”.
Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the app, so we can confirm the account is yours. We will delete the account within 7 days and let you know by email.

What is deleted
Your account and all data linked to it are permanently deleted:
- Profile details (name, email, phone, birthday)
- Vehicles, service history, warranties and photos
- Points, rewards, badges and referrals
- Appointments, quote requests, product reservations and comments
- Unpaid HEX Pass gift cards you bought. Passes you have already given to someone stay with them
Deletion cannot be undone. Unused points and rewards are lost.

What we keep
We only keep what the law requires, such as tax records for services you paid for, for as long as the law requires. These are no longer linked to your account.
