Deep Clean & Decontamination
Full exterior clean to remove dust, insects, tar, and road grime. Iron fallout remover and clay bar treatment to fully decontaminate every surface. This is the foundation — any imperfection left behind will be locked under the coating.

Paint Correction
Machine polishing to remove swirl marks, scratches, and surface defects. The paint must be visually flawless before application — ceramic coating doesn't hide imperfections, it seals them in. A 1-step or 2-step process is chosen based on the paint's condition.

Surface Preparation
Panel wipe-down with IPA (isopropyl alcohol) to remove all oils, silicone, and polishing residue. This step ensures maximum bonding between the coating and the paintwork.

Ceramic Coating Application
Manual application panel by panel using specialist applicator pads and a cross-hatch technique. Controlled conditions (temperature, humidity), working time, and expert technique are essential for a uniform result with no high spots.

Curing & Final Inspection
The coating requires 24–48 hours for initial cure and 10 days for full hardening. During this period, contact with water and chemicals should be avoided. Final quality inspection under specialist lighting to confirm even coverage across all panels.
